The IJ network creates space for people to collaborate, partner, share knowledge and expertise, provide thought partnership, to:

  • Bolster the success of individual IJ entrepreneurial endeavors,

  • Increase the visibility and advocate for the needs of independent professionals as a collective, and

  • Impact the Jewish professional field and communal ecosystem.

What we do

  • Support shared learning, knowledge and skill building, professional growth, leadership development, and collaboration and partnerships between IJs,

  • Create opportunities for independent professional voices to be heard and seen by the broader field, and

  • Provide thought leadership and leverage the collective expertise of independent professionals to improve the Jewish communal ecosystem.

Who we are

Individually, we are independent Jewish professionals, mission-driven to help our clients as consultants, designers, planners, facilitators, coaches, entrepreneurs, and writers.

But together, we are so much more. We are a relational collective and professional learning community. We learn from and with one another, support each other’s journeys, and champion one another.

We bring decades of experience, expertise, and reach across the Jewish communal ecosystem, including experience in senior leadership roles. Through our relationships and collective expertise, we strengthen one another’s work and contribute to shared learning, collective voice, and broader communal impact.
